For the lay public she delivered two TED-x talks and authored 'Alzheimer Revolution' (Ed. Mondo Nuovo, 2022), simplifying 15 years of scientific advancements in her field.

Maria Teresa is using her scientific communication skills to promote interactions between researchers and individuals with lived experience through various initiatives including 'Walking the Talk for Dementia.'
